How long does it take to process an order?

We try to process orders as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 4 days to see a shipping or pick-up notification from us. Our studio is a busy place.

What carrier do you use to ship orders?

Unless you choose otherwise at checkout, we ship all orders using USPS Priority 2-Day shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! All orders over $150.00 ship for free anywhere in the continental United States.

Do you offer onsite pick-up?

YES! Studio visits and order pick-up is available by appointment. Please select “Pick-up” at check out, and then wait for an email to schedule a time to come out. We try to be available for appointments within a week from your request or order.
